MushUp is a Quebec-based company specialized in functional coffee, combining premium coffee beans with adaptogenic mushrooms known for their wellness benefits. Through its products, the brand promotes a modern approach to well-being focused on energy, performance and mental clarity.

As the company continued to grow and evolve, MushUp wanted to refine its image and digital tools in order to better support the development of the business. The mandate entrusted to Nara Creative covered both the brand universe and the e-commerce experience, along with the various marketing tools surrounding the products.

A passion for coffee and wellness

Through MushUp, the founders wanted to build a brand capable of transforming an everyday habit into a more mindful and balanced experience. Inspired by the worlds of plants, mycology and natural products, the company embraces a more modern approach to coffee where energy, ritual and wellness coexist naturally.

The brand universe is rooted as much in the quality of its products as in the overall experience surrounding them. This vision guided the entire project, from the development of the visual identity to the way the products were presented, their story communicated and the overall e-commerce experience brought together into a more cohesive ecosystem.

SOLUTIONS

In order to meet the project’s objectives, we implemented a comprehensive approach combining branding, UX/UI design, content production and marketing strategy. Each intervention was designed to strengthen brand consistency, improve product presentation and support the company’s growth through a cohesive ecosystem of digital and marketing tools.

BRANDING AND VISUAL GUIDELINES

We refined the existing brand identity by developing a series of graphic and visual elements designed to strengthen both the brand’s personality and overall cohesion. The approach aimed to preserve the foundations already established by MushUp while enriching the brand universe through textures, color palettes, visual compositions and art direction inspired by the worlds of plants, coffee and wellness.

The objective was to create an identity that feels richer, more immersive and easier to adapt across the company’s different digital and marketing tools. This new visual direction now allows MushUp to showcase its products within a universe that feels more distinctive, cohesive and aligned with its modern and natural positioning.

WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

The existing website was completely redesigned in order to improve the user experience and optimize the purchasing journey. The work focused on content hierarchy, product presentation and navigation flow in order to transform a platform that had become limiting into a more efficient tool better aligned with modern e-commerce standards.

Particular attention was also given to the site’s visual atmosphere and the way products, benefits and brand storytelling were presented throughout the experience. The objective was to create a more immersive, intuitive and cohesive e-commerce experience aligned with the brand identity developed around MushUp while making the product offering easier to discover and understand.

PRODUCT SHEETS & PRINTED MATERIALS

We designed a series of product sheets in both digital and printed formats in order to clearly present the characteristics, benefits and unique features of each product. These tools were created to simplify product understanding while offering a more structured and professional presentation suited for both consumers and retail or business partners.

Particular attention was given to information hierarchy, readability and the balance between content and visual elements in order to create materials that are easy to navigate and fully aligned with the brand’s graphic universe. These product sheets now allow MushUp to better support its presentation, sales and communication efforts across a variety of digital and physical environments.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

A content approach was developed in order to guide MushUp’s presence across social media platforms. We produced a series of visuals, publications and branded content aligned with the new artistic direction in order to create a presence that feels more cohesive, recognizable and engaging throughout the company’s digital ecosystem.

The content developed incorporates the brand’s visual language — natural color palettes, organic compositions, plant-inspired textures and modern art direction — in order to strengthen MushUp’s personality and create continuity between the website, product presentation and social communications. This approach now allows the company to maintain a more structured digital presence better aligned with its growth and visibility objectives.
