Maison Elizabeth House is an organization dedicated to supporting families through a variety of guidance services, perinatal support programs and community-based initiatives. Rooted in deeply human values, the organization wanted to modernize its image in order to better reflect its warm, inclusive and accessible approach toward the parents and families it supports every day.

Nara Creative was mandated to completely rethink the organization’s visual identity while fully redesigning the existing website. The objective was to develop a more modern, cohesive and welcoming image capable of better representing the organization’s human-centered values while making information and services easier to access for users.

Simplifying access to resources

The existing website was no longer able to properly structure the organization’s content or effectively respond to the needs of its different audiences. The platform needed to clearly present services, resources, events and fundraising initiatives while remaining simple to navigate and easy for internal teams to manage and update on a daily basis.

The project also involved an important reflection around the organization’s visual tone and overall digital atmosphere. Maison Elizabeth House wanted to develop an image that felt softer, more inclusive and more connected to the world of parenthood while still maintaining a professional, reassuring and trustworthy presentation.

We developed an approach combining visual identity redesign, content structuring and UX/UI design in order to create a platform that feels more accessible, welcoming and better suited to the organization’s evolving needs.

BRANDING AND VISUAL GUIDELINES

We completely reimagined Maison Elizabeth House’s brand identity, including the modernization of the logo and the development of a softer, more inclusive visual universe better aligned with the organization’s values. Colors, typography and graphic treatments were carefully designed to create an image that feels reassuring, accessible and deeply human while reflecting the organization’s supportive role toward families and parents.

The objective was also to unify Maison Elizabeth House’s communications through a more cohesive and contemporary visual direction. This new identity now allows the organization to project a warmer and more professional image while preserving the caring and welcoming approach that remains at the heart of its mission.

COMPLETE WEBSITE REDESIGN

The website was completely restructured in order to better organize content, simplify navigation and improve access to the organization’s different services and resources. Particular attention was given to information clarity, content hierarchy and the mobile experience in order to make browsing more intuitive and user-friendly across all devices.

The UX/UI design process also aimed to create a platform that feels warmer, more welcoming and more accessible for different types of audiences seeking information and support. The new website now allows Maison Elizabeth House to present its programs, services and resources more effectively while offering a more cohesive and enjoyable digital experience overall.

ADDITION OF FLEXIBLE AND SCALABLE SECTIONS

New sections and pages dedicated to fundraising initiatives and events were integrated in order to help the organization better promote its activities while allowing the platform to evolve alongside its growing needs. This new structure provides Maison Elizabeth House with greater flexibility to showcase campaigns, community events and future initiatives in a clearer and more organized way.

The objective was to develop a platform capable of supporting the organization’s evolution without requiring major restructuring every time a new campaign or activity is launched. Thanks to this more modular and scalable approach, the internal team now benefits from tools that are easier to manage and better adapted to the organization’s day-to-day reality.
